Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn sneakers in their original eco-friendly box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the outer shipping carton.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.
